From September 5th to October 4th, in two exclusive schedules (11 a.m and 4 p.m.), it will be possible to travel back in the time and get to know the production process in its most ancestral form. Take part in the grape selection and experience the traditional grape treading, immersing yourself in a centuries-old tradition.

In a place full of history, at the end of the experience you will have the tasting of 6 carefully selected wines accompanied by a selection of regional snacks, or in a more complete offer option, you can choose to finish with a meal at Enoteca Cartuxa in the center of the city of Évora.
