Returns and Refunds

1.The User, if a consumer, may exercise the right of withdrawal without being required to pay any compensation, within a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the consumer acquires physical possession of the good.
To exercise this right, the User must indicate all their identification data, the date of purchase made and the product(s) they wish to return. The communication must be made via e-mail: geral@fea.pt or letter to Eugénio de Almeida Foundation, Páteo de São Miguel, Apartado 2001 – 7001-901 Évora, Portugal, by returning the purchased good, or by other suitable means and susceptible of proof within the period defined above.
The consumer must within a period of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of communication of the resolution return the goods to Eugénio de Almeida Foundation in the proper conditions of use.
The package must be returned complete, as it was delivered and accompanied by all the documentation received, namely the following documents: sales invoice and the document that proves receipt of the product. The package and the documents indicated should be sent free of charge to the address of the company’s head office.
If the User opts for other forms of return, the respective costs with postage will be of their responsibility.

2. After receiving the return at Eugénio de Almeida Foundation, the amount corresponding to the amount paid for the order (sales invoice value) will be returned to the User. If you have used a promotional discount code, this value will not be refunded, i.e., the refund will only be for the amount actually paid.

3. The method of refund depends on the payment method used in the respective order. In the case of credit card payments, these are credited to the respective account. In all other cases, when the IBAN information is provided, the refund is made to the bank account indicated. Otherwise, the refund is made by cheque to the billing address. The refund is made up to 14 days after receipt of the free will and receipt of return of the goods.

4. If any of the components of the item sold is missing, or if any of them is not in excellent condition, there will be no refund of the price or shipping costs, and the product will be sent back to the original shipping address.

5. Eugénio de Almeida Foundation is not responsible for the deficiencies resulting from incorrect use, negligence, bad storage conditions or causes of force majeure.
